MASTER DANCE INC. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Below are the terms of MASTER DANCE INC’s Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Return and Refund Policy (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Please read this Policy carefully before renting or purchasing your Product(s). The terms of this Policy may have changed since you last accessed or used the services. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Policy, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your rental or purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer or maker of the rented and/or purchased Product(s). With delivery of the Product(s), MASTER DANCE INC. will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label as well as instructions for returning the Products to MASTER DANCE INC.. If you lose the return packaging the Product(s) originally arrived in or the pre-addressed return label, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing MASTER DANCE INC. with the name of the chosen courier and a tracking number.
Rental and Purchase Returns
To be eligible for a Rental Return, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the attached Instruction Tag still affixed to the Product where applicable. If the Instruction Tag has been removed or evidence of this tag having been removed or tampered with exists as determined by MASTER DANCE INC. at our sole discretion, no refund shall be issued and you will be charged the full Rental Fee or Retail Price and any applicable sales tax. In addition, if any evidence of use of the returned Product exists as determined by MASTER DANCE INC., at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse any type of refund. Such evidence includes, but not limited to stains, smells, rips, tears, large holes, missing portions, and other major damages to the rented and/or purchased Product(s).
If your Product does not fit you, then you may return the Product to MASTER DANCE INC. within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) of the date you received the Product by contacting MASTER DANCE INC. at INFO@MASTERDANCE.COM and returning the Product in conformance with the return procedures. Product(s) must be delivered to one of our shipping partner stores located in the United States by 12 p.m. the next day of receiving the Product(s). Upon successful return of the Product, MASTER DANCE INC. will then issue you a refund for the full Rental Fee (less delivery charges) and Deposit Fee of the Product so long as the Product, as determined at our sole discretion, has not been worn or used. In the event of a Sizing Return please contact us immediately as many times we may be able to overnight you a replacement Product in time for your event. However, you agree to bear all shipping costs in the event we need to overnight you another Product.
MASTER DANCE INC. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned rental or purchased Product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card used at the time of rental or purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks in addition to the time that your bank or card issuer requires to officially post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at INFO@MASTERDANCE.COM.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at INFO@MASTERDANCE.COM and send your item to: 3195 Red Hill Ave, Suite J Costa Mesa California 92626 USA.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
